9 TO 1….LIFE TRANSFORMATION RULE

Today we are going to talk about 9 to 1 rule…kya hota hai ye…I think hum sab me se adhe logo ko ye nahi pata ki ye kya hota hai…but I can bet you agar aapko iss rule k bare me pata chal gaya or apne ise follow kiya to apki poore ki poore life transform ho jayege friends….

So aaj hum aapko batayenge ki kya hota hai ye 9 to 1 rule

 

Rule no 9

9000 thousands step a day….agar ap ek din me 9000 steps cover karte hai to ye apko or apke mind body health sab kuch fully active rahega.

 

 

Rule no 8

8 glasses of water…daily 8 glasses of water peena chahiye jisse ki apke body hyderate rahege or apko alas pan ya fir pani ki kamjori feel nhi hoge guys.

 

Rule no 7

7 hours of sleep…agar ap chahte ki aap full day active mehsus kare , apko alas na aye,aapko ache se nind aye , to apko kam se kam 7 hour sleep lena hi hoga

 

Rule no 6

6 minute of meditation  …ji ha kam se kam 6 minute ap meditation kare jo ki apko concentrate karne me help karta hai ap[ke kaam mein.

 

 Rule no 5

5 serving of fresh fruit and vegetables…kam se kam ek din me 5 serving to honi hi chahiye fresh fruit ki ya fir fresh vegetables ki , jo ki aapke diet ko complete karte hai.

 

Rule no 4

4 rest breaks….agar ap kahi bhi job karte hai ya corporate secter me hai to apko 4 rest break lena bhut hi jaruri hai, ye breaks apke mind ko active rakhte hai fir se kaam karne k liye.

 

Rule no 3

3 healthy meals….kam se kam 3 healthy meals ache meals jarur le apki diet mein,jo ki protein,fiber,vitamin rich ho apki diet mein.

 

Rule no 2

2 hours of gap between your dinner and bed time…hamesha sone se 2 ghante pehle apna khana kha le…taki vi digest ho jaye ache se…so that apko gas ka issue nah o…koi or bhi issue nah o jese ki late khana khane se se kai baar nind bhi nahi ate hai..

 

Rule no 1

1 hour physical workout daily…kam se kam 1 ghanta exercise jarur kare ya fir…running kare walk kare ya fir koi game bhi  khel sakte hai outdoor only.
